Authenticity
Our products are handmade in accordance with the artisanal know-how of the Neapolitan pizzaiolo, using wheat flour like the vast majority of the ingredients we use, and are then baked in a volcanic stone oven. Our ingredients hold IGP and AOP certifications, guaranteeing authenticity and quality.
Taste
It is our central obsession in the creation of our local products. We contribute to this by selecting premium-quality ingredients (IGP, AOP), allowing the dough to rest for 24 to 48 hours so it can rise naturally and release all its aromas, and mastering different hydration levels to achieve either a soft or crispy texture… A pure pleasure, just like in a Neapolitan pizzeria.

Our products are made in VENETO in Trévise en privilégiant local distributors and producers, which contributes to local economic development.

Our expertise
Our dough balls are left to rise for 24 hours to reveal all their aromas and deliver a supple, airy, and light dough, then shaped by hand.
Like a pizzaiolo, each ingredient is then placed by hand, one by one, with care, to ensure a consistent presentation and preserve the artisanal appearance before baking on volcanic stone.
In each of our recipes, the difference lies in the choice of ingredients. Selected for their superior quality, often labeled AOP or IGP, our products mainly come from Italy or from local supply chains.
Our toppings are prepared using a “clean” approach: with no colorants, no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and no controversial additives.
Demanding when it comes to taste, we master different dough hydration levels and use a variety of flours (wheat germ blends, high-protein flours) to achieve textures that are both crispy, soft, and full of flavor.
All our products are subject to rigorous quality controls, in strict compliance with current food safety regulations.
Certifications in progress
The trust of our clients is built on our commitment to quality. Our production site is currently undergoing the process of obtaining BRC and IFS certifications, two of the most stringent international standards in the agri-food sector.
These standards will ultimately guarantee :
